She has held various customer service positions.  Prior to working in this field, Simone worked for BMO. a financial institution in the risk management department for personal and commercial portfolios.

Simone takes great pride in being an ambassador for the Bell let's talk campaign as well as various employee giving charitable campaigns.

Originally from Montreal, Simone now resides in Toronto, Ontario.  She enjoys taking various virtual courses and encouraging those around her to appreciate every single moment in life because the present is a gift.  Simone joined the HopeWorks Connection Inc. board in January 2021.
